We are Chris & Athena

We have been on this journey for almost a decade together. Here we are dedicating our lives to building relationships and strong allies with the wonderful plant spirits of our Mother Earth. It is the path that brought us home back to the earth, god and importantly into our body. Our own journey began deeply painful, traumatic and living through our shadows. Both of us have experienced an early exposure to the spirit world.

But it was important for us to work on the foundations first. Our mental, emotional and physical for a long time. Alongside this, we started learning about cosmology, plant spirits & herbal medicine. Holding each other and sitting with incredible guides and maestros along the way. We began to venture out and deepen our studies in trauma & nervous system healing as well as the energetic, ancestral and shadow work.

In recent years, we have stepped into service, offering space, guidance, and support with care and integrity. We continue to be students of life, always learning and deepening our understanding through lived experience. As we grow, so does the support around us, shaped by the work we are here to do.

Medicine Sanctuary

We are primarily located in the mountains of southern cyprus. This is where our plant spirit medicine sanctuary is currently undergoing construction. We also offer our services in the East of England. We shall launch our online space for the medicine sanctuary as of spring 2026. Closed containers for deep healing work, gentle introduction and plentiful education around mind, body, spiritual healing and integration.
