The path of the medicine

We began to dive into the world of sorcery and shamanism, finding various teachers and elders who would expose so much light and dark to our path. During this time, our dear teacher and friend introduced us to mushrooms. We travelled together to ancient stone circles and sites around the United Kingdom. Our journey to come home to Mother Earth soon grounded us and provided deep layers of healing and revelations. We dedicated years of our lives as a 3 to this path and worked with medicine, only to reveal that other people's teachings and modalities were not for us after spending years practising and believing others' stories.

We had to find our own way and write our own story, and the sacred medicine and Mother Earth began to teach us about who we are and how we work. She would take us to the depths of our darkness and shadows. This meant letting go of everything we ever learnt and our beloved business. We had to lose everything we built and once knew.

Forgiveness

Not only did we find forgiveness and compassion for ourselves and others. But mother ayahuasca gave us a test, a mission. We had to hold the very people that hurt us in ceremony with mushrooms. Now, this had never crossed us, but the task revealed the path. Which lead us to continue our healing work with mushrooms, but also naturally being asked to hold others in space was a confirmation of where we needed to be. This is how we were able to align with this path, we had done so much inner healing, shadow work and reconnecting with the divine light, we were ready to be the apprentice of working with energy, guiding people back home to their light, wholeness and hearts.

Where are we now?

As we continue working on deep layered parts of ourselves, we are continuously guiding others inwards. We had since returned to the jungle to deepen our connection with spirit, gather our allies and have truly embodied the meaning of becoming a sorcerer, healer, space holder and guide. During this time we have been working and training with industry lead trauma informed specialists, shamans and strict dietas. We are deepening our journey with the plant spirits and to offer our herbalism & detox services. We are almost ready to launch our healing membership & shop for the summer 2025, our move to Cyprus will be upon us in the coming months, where the Soulful Medicine Plant Medicine & Spa Sanctuary will be the next chapter of our journey. 

Giving back & our earth work.

Connecting with the indigenous and being welcomed into their wisdom, community and traditions has humbled our hearts to ensure we are being of service back to the earth. We are now supporting the School of Amazonian Herbalism to bridge indigenous healers, herbalists and medical support to the local communities in Peru. As well as continuous work for the Matses tribe such as buying their medicines directly from them. Also other community work to help them gather funds and resources  (clothes, clean water, education etc) future updates will be shared about this very soon. 

Athenas Journey

Athena has come from a complex journey of PTSD, anxiety and depression, showing signs from a young age. An ancestral history of mental health psychiatric care and deep layers of traumas, the path of healing was certainly going to be intense. Starting from when she was very small, she was a sister as well as a carer for her two brothers who have special needs. The eyes that witness sadness, pain and the unforgettable, throughout her life she has experienced emotional, spiritual and mental disturbances that lead her to this path aswell as the death of her soul sister at the age of 17. Being exposed to the unknown realms as little as age 4/5 years old. Demonic forces have been a long battle of peace within her family home as well as her personal journey a lot of fear, lack of faith and hope haunted her heart. Relationships that almost lead Athena over the edge, as well as not having the most pleasant experiences with other girls in her school years, her journey of self love, self worth and empowerment was to be discovered.

During the unravelling process health was declining the longer her nervous system stayed dis-regulated, mental state and painful hormonal impact worsened until faced. Athena has had a long journey to heal her auto-immune disease, cortisol addiction, hormonal and gut imbalances. where she now links the spiritual, emotional and physical with the world of plants and energy work. Her biggest pain has been her guide and alchemy to healing herself.

Although she is continuously working through the multi layers of the physical and spiritual, she is finally finding herself to be reconnected with god, Mother Earth and her soul essence, presence, love and being anchored like the trees. Athena is actively studying to become a clinical herbalist and healing food specialist, with her family heritage being Ancient Greece to also respecting, embodying and learning the shamanic path of the Amazon medicines and ways of working with spirit. Together she bridges the call of the jungle to her lost ancestors of greek medicine, cosmology and great sorcery.

Chris's Journey

Connecting and learning from this Ancient Sacrament has been beyond words I could comprehend; years before starting to work with this Sacred plant medicine, I was highly conditioned in fear, judgement, limiting beliefs and addictions that ruled and governed me. I was a true hermit, sensitive to emotions and people. Although I thought I was outside the box and had a grand understanding of life, I was soon to be wrong; psilocybin had humbled me completely, allowed my ego to take a backseat and allowed my trauma imprints to rise to the surface, which was challenging to face head-on. The medicine spoke to me and guided me through the veil to the other realms of the non-ordinary landscapes.

I was faced with my darkest shadows, which I had buried so far down into my subconscious I never thought I would ever need to see or feel the pain again; these parts of myself I did not want to believe were true, parts I was not content with. The medicine gently guided me through pre-birth and childhood traumas, energetically holding my hand all the way through as I curled up and drastically surrendered, allowing my nervous system to release all the wounds and distortion trapped in each part of my body. I knew this was the shift I was waiting for as my eyes flooded and poured out after hours of purging. 

The sacred knowledge began to flow into my conscious mind, creating space. Now that the room had been made, I was left feeling free as love flourished and my guides greeted me. I established a link; the plant medicine had allowed my conscious and subconscious minds to meet, providing an opportunity to reshape, transform and become a better version of who I am. My soul vibrated with a force never felt before; every cell of my body was alive and reconnected, and life force travelled up my spine, entwining my DNA strands uniting the universe. The medicine revealed the multidimensional body: we are of the earth and the cosmos. I am thankful for this divine technology's wisdom, knowledge, and intelligence. I have never looked back as I continue to understand and bridge the worlds by being of service to psilocybin as I stand in truth and liberation.
