What are Twin Flames, Sacred Union and Soul Mates?

So much information is online about twin flames, soul mates and the sacred union. But it can be not easy to understand, especially when everything is projected as love and light. This blog will cover some realism of twin flame and soul mate energy. What a sacred union can look like, but also not to be fooled between spiritual bypassing, manipulation and narcissism. 

A Soul mate, what is it?

A soul mate can be with one or more persons; it is not only a relationship experience, but soul mates can be found in family and friendships. They can be of the same gender or the opposite. A soul mate can share a deep connection with another person. This connection exceeds superficial aspects and is often felt emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually. Meeting a soul mate may evoke a sense of recognition or familiarity, as if you have known them before or greatly understand each other.

Soul mates are thought to have a high level of mutual understanding and acceptance. They may share similar values, goals, and life perspectives. The relationship with a soul mate is often characterised by mutual support and encouragement. Both individuals are believed to help each other grow and evolve personally and spiritually. A soul mate's presence is significant in one's personal and spiritual growth journey. The relationship is viewed as a catalyst for optimistic change and evolution.

• Child & Parent Contracts: A child or parent can be soul mates, contributing to each other's growth and evolution in this lifetime, where roles may switch between each life.

• Soul Contract: Two souls may have to experience one or more lifetimes with contracts that roll over into multiple existences to complete something; soul ties can also be released if there are particular soul agreements and terms that need to be cut.

• Animal soul mate: The deep connection with a specific animal is a soulful bond that transcends the usual human-animal relationship.

• Tribe/Friendship soul mates: Best friends or if you have found your tribe who you completely love and gel with, a reconnection is usually felt upon meeting. 

Twin Flame energy, what is it?

Twin flames are a union of divine energy that is one soul, split into two when physical existence is decided before entering the physical dimension (the womb). Twin flames are composed of masculine and feminine energies. Everyone in today's society wishes to find their "twin flame". Only some have a twin flame experience, or they may not co-exist with them here on Earth. On many occasions, twin flames can sometimes not physically be together due to the polarity and intensity of the journey; depending on where the individuals are on the journey, it can be difficult to come into a union if the frequency is not in harmony.

Whatever life throws at the individual, they have a full internal understanding of navigating with each other and for themselves. 

Sacredness becomes apparent when we embody it in our lives. When we manifest these qualities, we perceive a sense of completeness, love, fulfilment, and wholeness. Conversely, when we embody a sense of separation, we observe limitations, competition, and contempt in our experiences.
