Plant History

Is a also known as Tobacco, a natural plant in the heart of South America. Sacred to the medicine shamans, Mapacho grows in hot weather conditions as it requires a drying process.   

The ceremonial use of Mapacho tobacco dates back to far history of up to 8,000 years by Shamans and medicine men and women. It can be assumed that it was one of the first used plants of the South American continent.

When working with Mapacho it is an intense energy cleanser when there is heavy vibrations experienced in a space or surrounding an energy field.
